What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive what you chose to give us: typically your name, phone number, suburb, what the job is, anything you wrote in the message field, an email address if you added one, and any photos you attached. Photos you send us of a door are stored securely and expire automatically after thirty days.
Why we collect it
To handle the enquiry: to understand the job, contact you back, and arrange the visit. A name we can address you by, a number we can call, a suburb so we know it’s on the patch, and your description of the door so we arrive prepared. That’s the whole use.
Who sees it
The people who need it to service your request. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider so the work can be quoted and done. We don’t sell enquiry details, publish them, or add you to any marketing list. Sending an enquiry gets you a reply about your door, not a newsletter.
The website itself
This site doesn’t set advertising cookies or run third-party trackers. The pages use standard web hosting, which keeps ordinary technical logs (the kind every website generates) to keep the site running and abuse out. The Waterline Read tool on this site runs entirely in your browser: its answers reach us only if you choose to send them through the enquiry form.
Your details, your call
Want to know what we hold from your enquiry, have it corrected, or have it deleted? Ask through the enquiry form and we’ll sort it, plainly and without a runaround.
